McAllen ISD is on iTunesU!
That makes McAllen ISD one of the first school districts in the country to post curriculum on this electronic format that, until now, has always been reserved strictly for universities. One of the first series that has been posted is an award-winning conversational Spanish TV series that features McAllen ISD students, ?Platiquemos? Stories on KGBT Channel 4, KVEO Channel 23, McAllen Cable Network, The Monitor.

HURRY, HURRY,
I CAN'T START THE LESSON WITHOUT YOU!
Our school day begins promptly at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:05 p.m.
Thank you for continuing to allow enough time in your planning to provide for a successful beginning of the day for your child. Having them at school consistently early enough to let them go to their lockers and then be in their seats of their first period class by 8:00 in the morning, promotes a positive beginning framework for successful learning at BMS each and every day.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU BMS PARENTS!

Please continue to exhibit Dobie Pride when dropping off your student in the mornings. The busiest time is between 7:40 a.m. and 7:50 a.m. Please remember there is no supervision of students outside the building before 7:15 a.m. each morning and after 4:45 p.m.in the afternoon unless they are participating in an after school athletic or enrichment program. Please help us keep your child safe by arranging transportation for them each day.
